We must align our actions with our intentions. Here are 4 steps to consider when your feelings start to get the best of you and slip over into your relationships: Analyze - Be honest about your feelings, what is it that I feel? What do I want to do... Extrapolate - Play out what will happen if you do what you are going to do... Prioritize - You can control you...no one else. You can decide what you do! Choose the right thing...prioritize the right thing. Navigate - Then figure out how to do the right thing. Make the move to do what needs do to see the right outcome! Gentleness and kindness are stronger than fury or force. " A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Proverbs 15:1
