Message: “A Unusual Usual Day- Acts 14” from Bob Mabry

Acts 14 Paul and Barnabas create a formula that Pastor Bob mathematically interpreted and shared this week: Time + Boldness +Signs/Wonders = Changed Lives. Acts 14:3 gives us a little more detail: “So Paul and Barnabas spent considerable time (in Iconium), speaking boldly for the Lord, who confirmed the message of his grace by enabling them to perform signs and wonders.” Acts 14:1 explains how lives were changed as a result: “...Paul and Barnabas went as usual into the Jewish synagogue. There they spoke so effectively that a great number of Jews and Greeks believed.” The concept is really rather simple and something we all generally practice in everyday life: Spend time being intentional with people, and that has an effect. But spend significant time with people while sharing confidently about God, allowing God to show Himself through His actions, and LIVES CHANGE. As a believer, you have experienced this. What an honor to play even the smallest role in somebody else experiencing that, too!
