He Is Risen/Alive for the 1st Time-Colossians 2:13-14

What does the death and resurrection of Jesus mean for you and me? It means our sins are forgiven and everlasting life can be ours! When Jesus died our sins were nailed with Him to the cross and forever removed as a reason for our separation from God. “God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself.” And, “made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our transgressions, having canceled out the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us, which was hostile to us; and He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross.“ Each and every one of is born spiritually dead, separated from God. Through faith in Christ, we can be made alive for the first time, forever connected to our creator. The cross made this possible and the resurrection insures it’s true. “He was delivered up because of our transgressions and raised because of our justification.”
